Printing Several Files with Single Command

When you have large number of files that are designed in different application and located at different drives of your computer, it becomes a trouble to take print of all. In such situation, you need to go to different locations to find the files and due to different applications it may take more time. This situation makes the printing a nuisance.

To avoid this situation, you need to follow some tips that will be very helpful and valuable for you to save your precious time and efforts:

  1. Create a temporary folder.
  2. Collect all files in this temporary folder by copying them from different locations.
  3. Select all files either by pressing Ctrl + A or by pressing Ctrl key and clicking on the files one by one.
  4. Now choose Print command either from shortcut menu or File tab of menu bar.

It will apply the Print command to all files at once and you will get good quality print like you get in one by one Print commands.
