A dirty mouse with a mouse ball can create problems in smooth working. It can cause the mouse to difficult to move and unwanted movements as well. Here are some cleaning tips to clean your mouse and get your mouse working.
First of all remove the bottom cover of the mouse. Rotate the mouse cover in the right direction. The mouse cover must be moved counter clockwise. For this purpose, you need to push the mouse cover and rotate in the direction of arrows. Remove the mouse ball from the bottom. After removing the mouse ball, you will see three rollers located in the mouse. Use cotton swab or move your finger nail in between the rollers in horizontal direction.
Remove all the dirt from the rollers and inside the mouse. After removing all dirt, place the ball again to its place and place the bottom cover back on the mouse. If you find the same problems again then remove the same steps mentioned above and if the problem is not solved then you should replace the hardware.
