Adobe Reader 8 Keyboard Shortcuts

Selecting Tools:

  • H – Hand Tool
  • Spacebar – To Select Hand Tool Temporarily
  • V – Select Tool
  • G – Snapshot Tool
  • Z – Current Zoom Tool
  • Shift – To Select Dynamic Zoom Temporarily
  • Optn – Temporarily Zoom Out
  • R – To Select Object Tool
  • O– For Object Data Tool
  • A – Article Tool
  • C – Crop Tool
  • L – Link Tool

Editing:

  • Cmnd + A – To Select All Contents
  • Cmnd + Shift + A – Deselect all Contents
  • Cmnd + 0 – Fit Page

For Working With Comments:

  • S – Sticky Note Tool
  • E – Text Edit Tool
  • K – Stamp Tool
  • U – Current Highlighting Tool
  • D – Arrow Tool
  • X – Text Box Tool
  • Tab – To Move Focus to Comment
  • J – To Attach File as Comment

  • Right Arrow – Go Forward to Next Page in How to Panel Viewing History
  • Left Arrow – Go Back to Previous Page in How to Panel Viewing History
