PowerPoint 2007 is proffered over MS Word 2007 when a presentation is to be created because it is easier to create presentation in PowerPoint 2007. It is also preferred because it catches the attention of viewers to make the communication more effective but sometimes condition is imposed to give presentation in MS Word. In this case, you can convert PowerPoint presentation into work. Slides of PowerPoint will be turned into thumbnails. Follow the tips shared below to convert PowerPoint to Word in Office 2007:
- Click on the Office button at the top left corner of PowerPoint.
- Now choose Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word from the shown menu.
- The Send to Microsoft Office Word dialog will become visible. Select any of the given page layouts you want or need for the Word document.
- Now select Paste or Paste Link, add slides to MS Office Word document at the bottom of the dialog box.
- Press on the Ok button.
Now Word 2007 document will open automatically with all contents of your presentation. When you select the option of Paste then all slides will turn into Word just as it is and if you choose Paste Link your word document will be up-to-date according to your PowerPoint presentation.
