How to Remove Unwanted or Selected Items from RUN Menu?

Run prompt is a shortcut key to access different computer programs. Using RUN command, you can open various computer programs promptly. Most of the professionals therefore, use RUN command to perform different functions. If you want to remove some unwanted or selected search items from RUN menu, you can do this very easily. Just follow the steps given below:

  • After clicking on Start button, type Regedit in Run option.
  • Go to “Edit” (Shortcut Ctrl + F) in Registry Editor. Then go to “Find” to look for the word RUNMRU.
  • Delete unwanted items in the right panel. You will do so by using right click on that item.
  • Close Registry Editor.
  • Restart your computer after making these changes.

That was a simple process by following which; you can delete unwanted or selected items from Run menu.
