MS Publisher Keyboard Shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts are a simple way of using keyboard to execute those commands which are generally found in drop down and other menus. Use of keyboard shortcuts increases the speed of working. Like other software, MS Publisher also has keyboard shortcuts to perform different tasks. Here is a set of those shortcuts.

Ctrl + I To Italicize the text
Ctrl + U Underline the text
Ctrl + Shift + K Make text small capitals
Ctrl + Shift + S Change text style
Ctrl + Shift + F Alter text font
Ctrl + Shift + P Alter text size
Ctrl + Shift + C Copy formatting
Ctrl + Shift + V Paste formatting
Ctrl + Spacebar Return character formatting to the current text style
